How much does custom software cost?
From €3,900 excl. VAT. The exact price depends on what the software has to do, and you know it before you sign. After that, it does not change.

There is no price list, because no two companies ever have the same files. Four things make the difference:
- The number of screens. A schedule on its own, or a schedule plus documents, invoicing and a dashboard.
- Who uses it. One person, the whole team, or your clients too, with their own access.
- The software to connect. At Celaé, the tool sends invoicing to Axonaute. Every connection takes work.
- The data to migrate. Three clean files, or ten years of history spread across several spreadsheets.
You know the price before you sign
- 130 minutes on video. You show us how things run today. Free, no commitment.
- 2A written proposal, with a mock-up. We send you what we propose to build, the price, and a first look at the tool. You see what it will look like before you pay anything.
- 3You sign a scope and a price. What is in the proposal is in the price. No overruns, no surprise invoices.
What the price includes
- The discovery call and the proposal with mock-up
- Development, module by module, with your testing and adjustments along the way
- Migration of your Excel data into the tool
- Go-live on your domain name
- The source code and documentation, handed over at the end
- Bug fixes for 3 months after go-live
- Training for your team if needed, set out in the proposal
- Hosting and domain name: about €10 a month, paid directly to the provider, in your name
- Changes requested after go-live (at a fixed price quoted upfront, like the project itself)
No subscription, no licence, no mandatory maintenance fees. Once the tool is delivered, you owe us nothing more.
Two guarantees, written into the proposal
After 21 days, you have a first version your team can use. If not, we keep working without billing you until you do.
A bug after go-live? We fix it free of charge for the following 3 months.
