Files that ended up contradicting each other
Celaé assesses social and medico-social care facilities and audits training organisations. Each job involves an assessor, a schedule, documents, then an invoice.
All of that lived in several Excel files, a Google Drive, emails and paper notes. The Excel files drifted apart. A job updated in one place was not updated in another, and before every decision someone first had to check which version was right.
